At Sony’s PlayStation Experience event earlier this month, the company brought together four prominent folks from the game industry to chat about the future of virtual reality and Sony’s ‘Project Morpheus’ VR headset for the PS4.
Earlier this year, Sony unveiled Project Morpheus, a prototype virtual reality (VR) system, to much excitement and critical acclaim. VR will offer PlayStation fans a brand new way to experience games that they have only dreamed of before. Developers working with morpheus discuss the excitement, challenges and opportunities presented by VR and give a an educated glimpse into the future of gaming.
Moderated by Wired Senior Editor Peter Rubin, the panel features Shuhei Yoshida, President at Sony’s Worldwide Studios; Richard Marks, Senior Researcher at SCEA R&D Group; Pete Samuels, Managing Director at Supermassive Games Ltd; and Dave Ranyard, Studio Director at London Studios, SCEA.
