International Gear VR owners rejoice! Oculus has officially allowed selected paid content to be purchased outside of the United States, albeit in US dollars at the moment.
A number of apps, games, and experiences have been cleared for international sale on the Gear VR app store, with few caveats depending on the wishes of individual developers—and just in time for yesterday’s release of the second iteration of Gear VR, a device that works with Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge.
According to the White Door Games, makers of the multi-platform horror game Dreadhalls, the game is currently available in all world regions except South Korea, as Gear VR developers retain the option to not release in certain countries.
