Sony’s PSVR Aim controller launched back in 2017 with Farpoint, but has since grown to support nearly two dozen games in total. Here’s a handy list of every game with support for PSVR Aim.
PSVR Aim is an optional PSVR gun controller which is supported only by specific games. In many cases, the controller offers a more immersive experience compared to using the PS4 gamepad or Move controllers because it allows you to feel like you’re holding a two-handed weapon (like a rifle) with two connected hands rather than pretending to hold a two handed weapon with floating hands (like with Move).
With rumble, two thumbsticks, and nearly all of the same buttons you’d find on a PS4 gamepad, PSVR Aim is in some ways better equipped for VR than the Move controllers (which lack thumbsticks). In games like Farpoint, the sticks allow you to move while at the same time aiming the controller independently. PSVR Aim manages to increase immersion and sometimes even precision—in Firewall Zero Hour, for instance supports controllers other than PSVR Aim, but you get the best experience (and best aim) with the Aim controller.

Finding the Best Deal on PSVR Aim
PSVR Aim is available in several bundles, but these are not always the best deal as the pricing seems to fluctuate quite a bit based on availability (and the price of the bundled game separately may decrease over time). Always check the price of the bundle against the standalone controller and the current price of the bundled game.
