We’ve all seen those ‘books’ about VR that seem to be nothing more than a quick cash grab, taking advantage of a burgeoning industry and hoping to dupe a few suckers into spending a few dollars. I am here to tell you that this book is nothing of the sort. Sky Nite, author of Virtual Reality Insider: Guidebook for the VR Industry is the real deal.

Sky Nite not only has a unique name, but also has a very keen sense of how this industry is forming, and what core concepts need to be addressed to approach it correctly. With his diverse background and passion for virtual reality, Sky has been able to put together a guide book for both the novice, and the veteran VR enthusiast.

This books addresses some very important core concepts. Game genres, education, porn, and project management are just a few areas that he tackles with this book. After reading it, I really felt like I wanted to share it with as many people as I could. It is a great way to introduce VR to a new comer, plus it will definitely inspire a well-seasoned VR fan.

Sky isn’t just an author. He has followed his own map to success and has assembled a team of developers to design his own VR content. Cyscape is his first trek into the VR space, and the demo is currently available on Oculus Share.

I encourage everyone to check Sky’s book out. It is available right now on Amazon in both ebook and print formats.

I want to thank Sky for being such a wonderful guest, and I can’t wait to see what develops in future iterations of his book and content.
