Samsung’s Gear VR is out to buy today via Samsung or AT&T direct online. If you’ve been waiting patiently to make the jump into mobile VR (and of course if you already have a Samsung Note 4 mobile phone), Samsung have released coupon codes which you can use against Gear VR bundles to save up to $30. Here are the details:

  • Samsung Gear Circle Bundle
    • Enter coupon code stavr2 at checkout to receive $20 off Samsung Gear Circle, Black, with purchase of Samsung Gear VR Innovator Edition. ** Note – you must add the Circle Headphones found here to your basket first.
  • Samsung Gamepad Bundle
    • Enter coupon code stavr1 at checkout to receive $30 off Samsung Gamepad with purchase of Samsung Gear VR Innovator Edition. ** Note – you must add the wireless Gamepad here to your basket then apply the code.

      I’m actually a little glad they’re out of stock, because I didn’t see this until after I’d ordered the Gear VR, so this way I didn’t screw up.

      At 3PM Central US time I was able to order the controller and headset and it was not listed as backordered. I was however not able to use the gear circle coupon and the controller coupon at the same time, so I just went with the controller and VR.
